Tailored Management has contractors on billing that range from C level executives to mail room processors and everything in between.

7. How often do you pay your associates, are they eligible for medical benefits?
Our associates get paid on a weekly basis and are eligible for medical benefits after 30 days of employment. Each associate is also immediately eligible for career enhancement training to improve computer competency.

8. How much notice do you need if I have a need for a contract/temporary associate?
Typically we can find the candidate you need within 24 hours unless the position has unique skill requirements that would prolong the search.

10. What do you charge if we decide to hire on of your temporaries or contractors?
Typically Tailored Management will allow you to hire any Tailored associate with an annual salary of $32,000 or below without paying a fee after 520 hours of accumulated billing. Exempt level contractors can be hired with a nominal fee which is based on salary and the length and the accumulated hours worked.

11. Do you conduct background checks?
Every client is unique and has different pre-employment requirements which is why we customize our screening process for each client. We conduct a county criminal background check & references on every candidate prior to placement but at the request of the client we can also include the following:
