Examples of why clients have used project-based RPO in the past: Rapid Expansion- Client acquired a large account which required an increase in headcount within the call center. Client contacted Tailored Management to fill 20 positions within a defined period of time. Acquisition- Client recently acquired a competitor which resulted in consolidation of duties to our clients corporate HQ. Tailored Management assisted in assessing the upcoming hiring needs and developed a recruiting program that successfully filled a variety of positions from accounting/finance to engineering and marketing. Reinvestment/new technology implementation- Client recently acquired new technology and equipment for their manufacturing facility which required the addition of 5 engineers over a 60 day period. Tailored Management implemented a recruiting program to identify candidates with the unique skill sets required and successfully completed the project. Unexpected increase in turnover- Our client, a local University, recently experienced a higher than normal level of resignations and terminations.
